Kristofer P. Cubello
The late author and professor Leo Buscaglia is quoted as saying: “Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” Kristofer takes these words to heart when counseling clients who are facing the most difficult struggles of their lives.
He is known for his compassion, empathy, and patience to lend confidence to clients navigating through what is to them the scary and unknown world of the legal system.
Kristofer is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice on securities cases, medical malpractice, and personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases. Kristofer has extensive experience in federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He is known for his thorough preparation of cases for trial and thoughtful insights and perspectives on litigation strategies that have proven to be very successful.
Kristofer has worked alongside Marc Rosen since he was in his third year of law school at the University of Baltimore. For the past twenty years, Kristofer and Marc have made a formidable team, recovering many millions of dollars for individuals and
families who have suffered catastrophic injuries. Kristofer enjoys the challenges brought by the unique features of each case.
He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
Prior to law school, Kristofer attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in
Political Science and a minor in German.
Kristofer and his wife, Amanda, live in Crofton, Maryland with their three children and dog: Zach, Tyler, Elizabeth, and Blitzen, a sheepadoodle. On the weekends, their family grows with the addition of their “sponsor sons” from the United States Naval
Academy. When time allows, Kristofer and his family enjoy getting away to Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
A parent of four children and a lover of animals, Marc is an avid equestrian, and can often be found horseback riding wherever there are trails, fresh air, and challenges.
